Birthday Party deposit

A Party you and your child will love! A one hour class structured to give aikido students and their guests a great experience. we will have adequate staff as long as we get a good head count prior to the party. Reserve and confirm your date today! Our Parties are scheduled to last 90 minutes . Parents of the birthday child are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior and stay 15 minutes after to welcome guests and gather belongings. If you wish to decorate the dojo with balloons and other specific decorations you are welcome to do so. We will also work to meet requests for themes like Jedi training , superheros and other things your child is interested in.

60 minute of instruction with children’s instructor
30 minutes of supervised pizza and cake time

All guests (non AOM members) will receive a Free intro to Aikido as a gift from you.

AOM and Instructor’s role:
To provide a safe place for the party
To teach an exciting Martial Arts Lesson
Entertain, excite and empower the kids
Lead the games, drills and activities
Supervise the party from beginning to end
Help clean up after the event
Party Hosts Role:
Make sure all parents bring release forms and provide to AOM representative.
Supply and supervise food, cake and drinks.
Supervise opening of gifts
Help clean up after the event
Supply and set up decorations (if desired)

*A $50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
*Waivers for all children guests and siblings are mandatory.
Children may not participate in the party with out signed waivers by a legal guardian.
*To insure a fun filled experience, we require the following at the time of the party: balance of payment and waivers for each participant. Please present these to the party coordinator at the time of the event. I have read and agree to the above listed conditions.

Deposit:

Please email or call to reserve and confirm your date. If there is a problem on our end reserving the date we will refund the deposit. Once we confirm the date the deposit is non refundable.
